Johns Defeats Koon Again in 135th District

Mark Johns has retained his seat in the State Assembly 135th District after beating the man he replaced.
He overcame his challenger David Koon in a slim 51 percent to 49 percent victory.
"Most of my signs got stolen so I had to do what I did in '06, so I had to start moving them around, and moving them to other places, but we managed to eek out another win and thank you all very much. You can be sure that I will keep my word and the promises that I made during this campaign. Thank you very much," Johns said.
