Wayne County No Longer In State of Emergency
While a state of emergency remains in effect for Monroe County and the city of Rochester, Wayne County has closed its emergency operation center.
The county's Red Cross chapter has also closed its shelter.
There are no travel restrictions, but residents are still advised to use caution while traveling.
