It's been almost a year since a devastating earthquake and tsunami hit Japan. Everywhere from major cities to small villages are still trying to rebuild. On Wednesday, Dean Meminger took us to a fishing town. Today, he takes us to northern Japan, for a look at recovery efforts there.
