The Rochester Americans beat the Marlies in Toronto on Saturday, 1-0.

Amerks goalie Tyler Plante stopped all 40 shots he faced to pick up the win in net. Mike York scored the lone goal of the game on a first period power play.

The Amerks are in Buffalo Sunday to face the Portland Pirates at 4:00pm.
