The Rochester Americans held on for a 5-3 win over the Crunch in Syracuse Saturday night.

Jimmy Bonneau led the Amerks with two goals. Evgeny Dadonov, Clay Wilson and Scott Hotham had Rochester’s other tallies. Alexander Salak finished with 39 saves in net.

The Amerks are back home Sunday to face Grand Rapids.
