The Buffalo Bills signed free agent tight end J.P. Foschi Monday.
Foschi posted career-highs in 2009 with Cincinnati, catching 27 passes for 260 yards and two touchdowns.
The Bills also waived defensive back John Destin and tight end Michael Matthews.
