The Rochester Red Wings returned home after going 1-7 on their latest road trip. The change of scenery didn't help. Rochester lost to the Pawtucket Red Sox 3-1.

The Red Wings scored their lone run in the third inning when Brian Dinkelman's single brought in Danny Lehmann. Starting pitcher David Bromberg (1-3) suffered the loss. He struckout five and gave up three runs over six and a third innings.

Rochester hosts Pawtucket through Sunday.
