Red Wings Losing Streak Ends
The Rochester Red Wings losing streak ended at 12 games following an 8-2 win over the Syracuse Chiefs Saturday night. The team 12 game losing streaks matches a franchise record set in 1920 and repeated in 2002.
Brian Dinkelman hit a bases loaded three-run double in the seventh to put the Wings up for good. Dinkelman finished the game 2-for-5 with three RBIs. Dustin Martin homered and finished the night 1-for-4 with the RBIs.
The Red Wings close out the 2010 season with two home games against Buffalo.
