Thursday's Bills game blacked out
As expected the Bills' preseason opener against the Redskins on Thursday night has not sold out and will be officially blacked out. The game will air on tape delay, Friday night at 8:00. The team's press release is below.
Orchard Park, NY – The Buffalo Bills today announced that Thursday’s preseason game against the Washington Redskins at 7:00 p.m. at Ralph Wilson Stadium has not sold out and will be blacked out on local television. More than 20,000 tickets still remain for the preseason contest and are available for purchase.
For fans still interested in purchasing season tickets, the Buffalo Bills will honor the season ticket discount right up until kickoff. Fans may purchase on buffalobills.com, by visiting the Ticket Office at Ralph Wilson Stadium or by calling 1-877-BB-TICKS (228-4257). Club seats and other premium seating opportunities are also available.
For fans that don’t make it to the stadium, the game will be broadcast on a tape delayed basis in the Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse Markets.
Fans can listen to the game live across WNY on WGR550 AM the new radio home of the Buffalo Bills and outside WNY on the Buffalo Bills Radio Network.
The Bills will have a nine-game schedule at Ralph Wilson Stadium this season, hosting one prime time game Thursday, November 15 against Miami. Sunday, December 16, the Bills will play one home game at Rogers Centre in Toronto as part of the Bills Toronto Series.
