The Bills' head coach from 2006 to the middle of 2009, Jauron's teams went 7-9 in each of his three full seasons at the helm. He was let go in the middle of his fourth season after another slow start.

Now the defensive coordinator for the Browns, Jauron will be out to stop some of the guys he use to coach.

"The guys who were here with Coach Jauron, I know we have a ton of respect for him as a coach and as a man," said Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick. "It will be good to see him. What they do on defense, they are very good at what they do and I think that is because they keep it simple. "

The Bills will be facing a rookie quarterback when they take on the Browns. While it's Brandon Weeden's first year in the NFL, it's not his first year in pro ball. Weeden is a former draft pick of the New York Yankees, who went back to college to play football at Oklahoma State. He was drafted by the Browns in the first round last spring.

Weeden did have a rough start to the season. He tossed four interceptions in a loss to the Eagles in the opener. The 28-year-old improved in week two, setting a Browns rookie record for most passing yards in a game against Cincinatti.

"He is not your typical rookie," said Bills head coach Chan Gailey. "He has been through a lot of things in his life and is more mature than most. They are doing a good job of helping him be successful. The ball is getting out of his hands and getting it to some other guys in different ways. It is good."

"Even though he's a rookie quarterback he's an older guy," added Bills defensive end Chris Kelsay. "He played better this week than he did the previous week. We just have to play our game and worry about what their scheme is and out game plan."
