Buffalo Bills defensive end Mark Anderson needs surgery. Anderson will be out indefinitely after suffering a knee injury in Buffalo's 45-3 loss at San Francisco on Sunday.
The Bills stayed out west this week as they prepare to play at Arizona. The Cardinals lost the services of running back Ryan Williams for the rest of the season after he suffered a shoulder injury last Thursday against St. Louis. Arizona is already without running back Beanie Wells until the end of November due to a toe injury.
Bills head coach Chan Gailey was quick to point out before practice on Wednesday that the Bills need to worry about what they need to do and not concern themselves with problems their opponent is facing.
"I think sometimes we get so caught up in evaluating what other people are doing," said Gailey. "You need to be more worried or more concerned about what your team is doing and where your team is and what we need to do to get better."
