TONAWANDA, N.Y. — Buffalo Bills linebacker Nigel Bradham has been charged with marijuana possession after a traffic stop early Saturday morning.
According to Town of Tonawanda police, an officer pulled over the 23-year-old because of tinted windows. When the officer got closer to the car, he says he smelled marijuana, but Bradham denied having it.
After some more questions the officer says Bradham handed over a bag of marijuana he had in the center console. He's charged with marijuana possession and excessively tinted windows.
Scott Berchtold of the Bills said in a statement: "We are still in the process of gathering the facts surrounding this report and will reserve comment until we have completed that process."
