Here comes a family-favorite getaway this time of year! Maple Weekend, March 17-18 and March 24-25! New York State maple syrup producers open up their doors for free demos, tours, outdoor activities and more! Many of them also offer a pancake breakfast for a fee. Some have a pancake house as part of their maple producing facility. Others set up a griddle for the 2 weekends. Either way, hot pancakes with pure maple syrup is an added bonus to the traditional celebration!
