Tasting the Finger Lakes doesn't necessarily mean tasting wine! How about ice cream tasting this summer? There are a few favorites along the wine trails!
*Cayuga Lake Creamery is all about homemade ice cream! Travel the Cayuga Wine Trail on the west side of the lake, Route 89 near Interlaken. There is also a nice deck overlooking a stream and a train for kids. Open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. in spring, until 10 p.m. in the summer months.

*Mac's Dairy Bar and Mini Golf is a favorite North of Penn Yan, Rt. 14A, Keuka Lake. They boast a monster milk shake and 37 flavors of Hershey Ice Cream. For fun while licking your favorite flavor, try mini golf!
*Seneca Farms just outside of Penn Yan on route 54A, the Northeast tip of Keuka Lake, is the king of homemade ice cream in the Finger Lakes! Generous portions of the on-site homemade treat and a drive-up window make this a very unique summer stop!

*Overlooking Canandaigua Lake on the north end at 169 Lakeshore Drive, find another Finger Lakes favorite, Muar House Cafe. They specialize in homemade Gelato. They have a very nice dining space inside for lunch and a roomy deck for outdoors.
