One great way to see the colors of fall is to hop aboard a train! But this Train Ride Getaway is very unique. The Saratoga & North Creek Railway has vintage coach service and 'dome cars' with large wrap-around windows up top so you get the best view of all! Coach service is nice and comfy and the views out of regular train windows is sufficient. But for a better view up high, choose the dome car! White tablecloth service for breakfast or lunch with good food prepared out of small kitchen down below. Average trip time from Saratoga Springs up to North Creek is two-hours long.

Schedules have various departure and arrival times depending on the day you choose. Before the return trip, depending on your schedule, you may have time to spend in North Creek. There are some stores and restaurants, but limited.

Rates start at: adults $27 coach, $50 for dome car. Ages 3-12 $23 coach, $45 dome car. Ages two and under are free. See their website for times and rates, which are subject to change.
