Rally to Have Roxie the Rottweiler Removed from Owner

A rally was held in Irondequoit Tuesday night on behalf of a Rottweiler. A petition signed by 2,600 people was submitted to the Irondequoit town board asking that Roxie be taken from her owner and put in a "safe place." It's an effort sparked by a YouTube video posted three weeks ago. It's a video that has outraged some local animal lovers.
