A Livonia man is facing several charges after a girl suffered alcohol poisoning Monday.

Livingston County sheriff's deputies say Brett Phillips, 21, is charged with several counts of unlawfully dealing with a child and endangerment.

This after a 15-year-old girl was found unconscious from alcohol poisoning in Bowen Park in the village of Livonia.

Investigators say she was involved with drinking at the park with several other teens prior to getting sick.

Phillips is in the Livingston County Jail.

Also arrested was Anthony Bertini, 16, of Conesus. Among his misdemeanor charges are two counts each of endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child.
