H1N1 Forces MDA Summer Camp Cancellation
Health concerns about the H1N1 virus prompted the Muscular Dystrophy Association to cancel its remaining summer camp programs.
Agency officials say children attending these camps are more susceptible to becoming ill and are taking every precaution necessary to protect kids.
There were 75 campers signed up for the summer camp next week in Rush. Those campers have been notified of the cancellation.
The Muscular Dystrophy Association summer camp program services more than 4,300 children nationwide.
