Coach Canada Assumes Most Legal Responsibility for '05 Crash
A Canadian newspaper is reporting the bus company involved in a fatal 2005 bus crash in Livingston County is assuming most of the legal responsibility for the accident.

Coach Canada, according to the report in the Windsor Star, assumed 90 percent of responsibility.

J and J Hauling, that owned the parked truck the bus crashed into assumed 10 percent of the responsibility.

The crash happened on Route 390 near Geneseo and Mount Morris.
The bus was carrying members of the Windsor Wildcats, a Canadian women's hockey team.

The coach of the Wildcats, his 13-year-old son, the mother of one of the players and the driver of the truck all died in the crash.

The bus driver, Ryan Comfort did not face any criminal charges.
The newspaper reports that there could now be several trials to determine compensation.
