Henrietta Man Faces Manslaughter Charges in 390 Crash
Daniel Tewksbury
A Henrietta man faces manslaughter charges in connection with a February crash on Route 390.
Daniel Tewksbury, 32, was arraigned Monday morning on manslaughter and drunk driving charges.
The February 24 crash killed Nancy DeCarr, 45, of Greece.
Prosecutors say an investigation will prove Tewksbury was driving the wrong way on 390 when his car crashed head on into DeCarr's vehicle.
Initially investigators thought it was DeCarr who was driving the wrong way.
The indictment also says Tewksbury was driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.18.
If convicted, Tewksbury could face as much as 15 years in prison.
