Nature's Variety pet food company expanded a recall of some chicken flavored pet food.

The recall expanded to include all chicken formula and organic chicken formula products with a “best if used by” date on or before February 5, 2011.

The company said tests indicated some of the raw frozen products may have been contaminated with salmonella.
