Body of East Rochester Woman Found in Maine
The body of an East Rochester woman was found in Maine and police say foul play is not suspected.
Maine State Police said the body of Susan Danis, 53, was discovered Tuesday morning by a contractor in an embankment in the town of Kennebunk, Maine, north of Boston.
Police said it appears she died from a combination of a medical issue and hypothermia.
Danis was in town visiting her mother.
State police said the initial investigation rules out foul play and suicide, but the medical examiner will determine her cause of death.
