Mother Charged With Assaulting Young Daughter
State Police charged an Ontario County woman with injuring her 13-month-old daughter.
Katie Borst, 22, of Clifton Springs faces charges of Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Police accused Borst of breaking her daughter's leg Thursday.
They said Borst took her daughter to Strong Hospital for treatment Saturday.
Borst was sent to jail on $5,000 bail.
Her daughter and 3-year-old son were placed in foster care.
