Livingston County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a part-time school custodian they say sent inappropriate text messages and photos to a 15-year-old girl.

Donald LeClair, 30, of Wayland, faces a felony charge of disseminating indecent material to a minor.

He was employed by the Dansville Central School District and was terminated by the district on March 2.

LeClair was arraigned in Groveland Town Court and sent to the Livingston County Jail on $7,500 cash bail.

Livingston County Sheriff
