Fire damaged a Rochester home early Wednesday morning.

Neighbors called 911 to report the fire on Admiral Park just before 5:30 a.m.

Firefighters said the fire started in the first floor kitchen. They were able to keep it from spreading to the second floor.

Firefighters said the home was undergoing some renovations at the time of the fire.

No one was hurt in the fire, which is under investigation.
