State police arrested a Chili woman that they said was driving drunk with six kids in the vehicle.

State police said Lisa Trybus, 41, of Chi Mar Drive in Chili, was initially stopped Monday for a seatbelt violation at the state fair interchange on the thruway, but was found to have a blood alcohol content of .08.

She is charged under Leandra's Law, with six felony counts of aggravated DWI with a child in the vehicle.

Trybus is scheduled to appear in Van Buren Town Court in Onondaga County on September 6.
