Truck Driver Injured in Airport Explosion Leaves Hospital
The driver of the hydrogen truck that exploded at the Rochester airport last month has been released from the hospital.

Robert Scruggs, 61, of Geneva, Ohio suffered second-degree burns in the explosion.

The incident closed the airport for about an hour.

Authorities said a power jump sparked the initial explosion.
