You could produce a mini musical film and win a thousand dollars!
The 360/365 George Eastman House Film Festival is holding another shorts contest. This short film must be no longer than three minutes and feature song, dance, or both.
Besides the thousand dollar prize, the wining short will be played at the 360/365 George Eastman House Film Festival.
The film festival includes features, documentaries, shorts, and film for children and young adults. Guests can meet directors and filmmakers.
"We have these panel discussions where you can meet the filmmakers, talk to them. It might be distribution of your film, might be screen writing,” said John Richardson of the 360/365 Film Festival. “We're going to have a screenwriting competition in one of these panels so it's a way for the filmmakers to mingle and learn."
The shorts contest entry is due March 31st and the actual film festival runs from April 27th to May 2nd.
