The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission in cooperation with the Toro Company is voluntarily recalling newer models of its recycler mower and its power clear snowblower.

About 18,000 Toro PC-421Q Snowblowers and 6,000 Toro 20” Recycler Mowers are involved in the recall.

The carburetors on both machines could develop fuel leaks which can ignite, leading to a fire or burn hazard.

About 500 leaks have been reported, but there have not been any reports of fire or injury.

Consumers are instructed to stop using the products immediately and to contact a Toro Service Dealer for a free repair. Call Toro at 877-738-4440 with any questions.
