DA Mike Green Still Waiting for Judicial Confirmation
The United States Senate approved four judicial nominees before leaving for recess, but Monroe County District Attorney Mike Green was not one of the confirmed candidates.
Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy said 20 nominees remain on the Senate's calendar.
Since Memorial Day, the Senate has only confirmed 15 of 35 candidates. Congress will reconvene after Labor Day.
