The Yates County Sheriff's Department said 17-year-old Sariah Anderson, of Branchport, was pulling out of a driveway on Italy Hill Road when she collided head on with a car driven by 39-year-old Hilary Egburtson, also of Branchport.

Egburtson suffered a broken leg and Anderson had internal injuries.

Also injured in the crash were 16-year-old Jonathan Anderson, 14-year-old Enoch Anderson, 11-year-old Mosiah Anderson, and 9-year-old Ammon Anderson.
