Justin Leno, 25, is accused of taking photos of the abuse. Police say the photos were recently discovered by the girl's mother, who contacted police.

Investigators say the abuse occurred in a Henrietta apartment between 2007 and 2008.

Leno is charged with various counts of predator sexual assault, sex abuse, use of a child sexual performance and promoting sexual performance by a child.

Leno is due back in court on February 27th.
