Police in Holley arrested 29-year-old Joshua Weatherall of Brockport. Police say while employed by the Holley School District, Weatherall took inappropriate photos of students on his cell phone.

Weatherall was charged with one count of unlawful surveillance, one count of eavesdropping, one count of computer trespass and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Weatherall has since left his position within the district.
