Avon Man Pleads Guilty to Filing False Income Tax Return
An Avon man pleaded guilty to filing a false income tax return.
The U.S. Attorney's Office said 59-year-old Samuel Price failed to report income he received in 2005.
He faces up to three years in prison, a $100,000 fine, or both when he is sentenced in May.
He will also have to pay more than $76,000 in restitution to the IRS.
