More details are out about last week's parole hearing for a former Greece police sergeant.

Nick Joseph is currently serving a two to seven year prison sentence at the Clinton Correctional Facility for ingesting cocaine, driving drunk, speeding, and crashing into a stalled car on Route 390 in 2008. A pregnant woman in car at the time of the crash went into premature labor.

Joseph was denied parole at a hearing last week. During the hearing, Joseph denied ingesting cocaine, even though blood found in the car tested positive for the drug.

Joseph also told the commissioner he has no idea how he got home that night.

He will be eligible for parole again in January of 2014.
