Driver Transported to Hospital Following Crash
Rochester police are investigating a one car crash near the intersection of Mount Read Boulevard and Emerson Street. It happened around 10 p.m. Tuesday.
Police say the vehicle was traveling north on Mt. Read Boulevard when the driver lost control and collided with a utility pole.
The driver was removed from the car and transported to Strong Hospital with unknown injuries, but police say they do not appear to be life threatening.
The cause of the accident is under investigation. It is unknown if alcohol played a factor.
