Travel Channel International visited the Rochester Public Market Saturday. They teamed up with the "Visit Rochester" and the "I love New York Campaign" to put together video to encourage PEOPLE WHO VISIT New York to visit upstate.

Travel Channel International is the European version of the Travel Channel. They were in various locations throughout western New York shooting for video. During their tour of of the area they made a special stop at the Public Market.

Jim Farr, Rochester Public Market Director said, "But here at the market they really wanted to capture some of the flavor of the market. They caught up on our press release from a couple years ago when we were voted America's favorite farmers market. So they figured here would be a good place to come and see what upstate New York is all about."

Farr says he hopes the unique-ness and diversity of the market will attract visitors from abroad
