Police Continue Investigation of Grace Street Shooting
Rochester police continue to investigate a shooting death from Friday night.

It happened on Grace Street near the intersection with North Street.

Family have identified the victim as 27-year-old Keith Bryant. Police found Bryant on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound. He died at the hospital.

Bryant's death is the fourth homicide in seven days in the city.

Rochester Police Chief James Sheppard says June has been a violent month.

"It's been a painful month really. If you go back about four weeks we've had a lot of activity, a lot of people victimized. We'd love for us to be able to do something. We also know the community is expecting something to happen as far as something changing and we are doing all we can to try to bring this to a close," Sheppard said.

Anyone with information on any of Rochester's recent homicides is asked to call 911.
