Daycare Worker Arraigned For Sexual Assault

A former Rochester daycare worker was arraigned Friday on several charges related to sexual contact with minors.
Felix Alvelo pleaded not guilty to charges of predatory sexual assault against a child, promoting and possessing sexual performance by a child, and criminal sex act.
Police say the 37-year old Alvelo downloaded and shared child pornography over the internet. He also allegedly had sexual contact with children under the age of 13.
An order of protection was issued for one alleged victim of Alvelo.
He was remanded to the Monroe county Jail without bail.
