Kodak Announces Manager Reassignment
Eastman Kodak is reassigning some of its top bosses as it progresses through Chapter 11.
In a memo to employees, Antonio Perez said the moves were being made to simplify the organizational structure and continue to reduce the company's cost.
Perez, the CEO, said the company will now be divided into three separate groups: a consumer group, a digital printing and enterprise group, and a graphics and commercial group. All three department heads will now report directly to Perez.
The moves come as Kodak is preparing to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
