Man Accused of Breaking Into Home and Raping Two Women
A man accused of raping two women in Rochester will be arraigned Thursday afternoon. Police say it stems from a June 21st break-in and assault on the city's southeast side.
Investigators say 32-year old Solomon Weems broke into a house during the night and raped two women; one victim in her fifties and the other a teenager.
The police report says Weems is also charged with stealing a car, jewelry, and a phone from the residence.
He was arrested last week and indicted this week by a Monroe County Grand Jury.
