Gas prices have not been too bad this summer, but that might change soon.
Nationwide, prices are up 11 cents a gallon from the start of July.
According to AAA, gas in the Rochester region costs about $3.62 a gallon, which is up
four cents from last week.
The current national average is $3.44.
