Mann's Jewelers is giving away a 12 thousand dollar engagement ring to the person with the best real-life love story. It's the grand prize in the company's Platinum Proposal contest.
This is the second time the jeweler has put together the online love story contest. Couples that are looking to get engaged are encouraged to share their story with the community.
The judges will narrow the submissions down to 25, then online voting will determine the grand prize winner.
The grand prize is a 1.25 carat platinum diamond ring designed exclusively for Mann's.
"It's been so fun to do this. And across the counter at Mann's Jewelers, we hear so many amazing love stories all the time for all sorts of occasions. But one of our favorites is to hear a love story on how a couple met and why they are ready to take it to the next step, so we thought this would be cool to share the stories with the community in a really fun way," said Megan Crawford, Mann's Jewelers.
To enter, contestants must submit their love stories in 300 words or less between now and midnight Friday. To do so, click here.
