Accused Foot Toucher Ruled Not Fit to Stand Trial
The man accused of sexual abuse in connection with an incident at the Penfield Library has been declared not fit to stand trial or defend himself.
Anthony Perri is accused of touching the feet of two young girls at the Penfield library back in July. Perri has been indicted in three counts of sexual abuse and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Thursday, a judge ordered Perri be held at a state mental facility for one year.
Perri continues to claim that he is the victim of government entrapment.
