Neglected Dog Found Near Landfill
The Humane Society is asking for the public's help in finding the owner of a severely neglected dog found in Fairport on Thursday.
The Humane Society says the light-colored terrier was found in a grassy area across from the High Acres Landfill on Perinton Parkway.
Anyone with information is asked to call the animal cruelty hotline at 223-6500.
