Pilato Trial Set for January
The Webster teen accused of setting his house on fire killing his father and brothers will go on trial in January.
Sixteen-year-old Michael Pilato is charged with six counts of murder, two counts of attempted murder and arson. He is accused of setting fire to his Cardile Drive home late last year with the intent of killing his family.
His father Carmen and his brothers, Josh and Peter, died in the fire. His mother and sister were injured.
His trial is set to begin on Monday, January 14th.
