Crews had been searching for 35-year-old Daniel Dymock since Sunday.

A passing boater contacted authorities after spotting his empty boat on the water. That same witness also found Dymock's 9-year-old son, wearing a life jacket and floating nearby. He was in good condition.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Dymock was fishing with his son and they were returning to shore when he fell into the water.

This is not the first tragedy for the family. Dymock's fiance, the mother of the nine-year-old boy, died in a car accident in 2003.
