Genesee County Man Arrested for Sex Abuse

A Genesee County man is facing sex abuse charges after deputies say he abused a girl under the age of 10 several years ago.

Timothy Petrie, 41, of Pavilion, faces one count of first degree sex abuse.

Investigators said the abuse occurred inside Petrie's residence.

Petrie is scheduled to be back in court next week.
