Brighton Man Pleads Guilty to Child Pornography Charge
A Brighton man has pleaded guilty in federal court to possessing child pornography.
Mohamed Nazir Ahmad, 59, faces a maximum of ten years in prison when he's sentenced December 5th.
Prosecutors say Ahmad had a camera with a memory stick containing three videos of him engaging in sexually explicit conduct with a 13-year old girl.
Ahmad was originally charged with Criminal Sex Act and Creating Child Pornography.
Brighton Police said last year that Ahmad was a translator with the Defense Department from Afghanistan.
