Brockport School Capital Improvement Plan
The Brockport Central School District held an informational meeting Thursday night to discuss the district's capital improvement plan.
The plans call for renovations and maintenance to five campus buildings. The project is estimated to cost the district $19.5 million.
District officials say they have the support of the community when it comes to getting the proposal passed.
"A lot of people have been proactive. We've talked to some of the community groups and they are very supportive, they think it's a good project and that we should move forward with it," said Darrin Winkley, Assistant Superintendent for Business.
Residents will get the opportunity to vote on the proposed plan on September 20th at the district's technology and training center.
